Program Description: The Startup Visa Lithuania program provides a streamlined entry procedure for non-EU entrepreneurs who want to establish innovative startups in Lithuania and join the national startup ecosystem.
Eligibility Requirements: The startup must offer an innovative solution and have at least a prototype, minimum viable product, or some business traction. The program is intended for founders of the startup.
Team Size Rules: Up to four startup founders can apply under the same startup project.
Visa Duration: Successful applicants can obtain a temporary residence permit valid for two years and may extend it for an additional three years based on business progress.
Application Process: Applicants submit an online application describing the startup idea and business plan and participate in an evaluation process by a committee of experts before applying for a residence permit.
