Program Description: The Start-up Entrepreneur Programme allows non-EEA entrepreneurs with an innovative business proposal to establish a business in Ireland and work in that business on a full-time basis after receiving immigration permission.
Program Changes: The Start-up Entrepreneur Programme was introduced by the Irish Government in 2012 to allow innovative entrepreneurs to establish businesses and reside in Ireland.
