Program Description: The Estonian Startup Visa allows non-EU founders to relocate to Estonia to establish and grow innovative, scalable startup businesses after receiving approval from the Startup Committee.
Program Changes: The Startup Visa program coexists with a Scale-Up Visa for larger companies; both are part of Startup Estonia’s initiatives.
Team Size Rules: Family members such as spouse and children may receive equivalent visa/permit provisions when accompanying the founder.
